We want you to be satisfied with the product that you purchase. This is why we ask that you check the quantity and quality of your purchased products upon delivery and if any products are faulty or incorrectly supplied that you notify us at Australian Camel AU within 7 days of receipt. Failing to do so within 7 days may result in a rejection of your claim.

 

Please note that because our products are 100% natural, individual batches will vary in texture, colour or smell. This in no way affects their quality and cannot be the reason alone for a request for returns.

After returns are received in full, Australian Camels AU will reimburse the value of the returned products within 30 days through store credit. Customers will be responsible for return delivery charges unless the products are deemed faulty.
